Saturday, 15th August 2026 We are open today. At 6:00am, we have clear skies above and the stars are out! Light winds and are forecast a fine sunny morning, with a change later today bringing possible snow showers. Today is our KBS Memorial Giant Slalom! Free registration for racers 14 years and over at our ticket office until 9.45am this morning. Fastest Man and fastest Woman will win $5000! Race briefing for registered racers will be at 10.30am outside the ski hire building and racing starts at 11am. Prize giving will commence at 2.30pm outside the cafe. Our trails have been groomed overnight providing the best skiing and riding. There are firm spring like conditions off-piste first thing, softening through the day. Ski and ride to the conditions and your ability. Please respect any closure signs especially during our KBS race taking place today. T1 and T2 are open along with our Learners Lift’s and Platter. The Heritage Express Rope Tow is closed today. The Two Thumb Cafe and the Von Brown will be open. Come on up for ski in and ski out refreshments, amazing views and a great atmosphere! Our access road is clear, However, all vehicles should carry chains and be prepared for the possibility of winter driving conditions later today as forecast. Maintain 2-way traffic, take care on the road and please drive slowly around our carpark areas. Come on up and enjoy a great day in the mountains! We look forward to seeing you all up at Roundhill.
